Our program works with whatever level you are and strives to improve your fitness and technique. We are all trying to swim faster and more efficiently, so workouts will include drills to eliminate drag and sets to increase cardiovascular fitness.
So no matter if you are new to swimming or a college athlete, we will challenge you. Timed distances are taken periodically during the season so you can measure you improvements. Meets and open water swims will also be offered if you have a competitive nature. Masters meets run from December to April.
Our group is small and friendly. You will be assigned to a lane based on your speed. The regulars are encouraging and helpful. So if you want to start your day off with a vigorous swim, join us! Our season runs from late October to June and is divided into 3 sessions: fall, winter and spring.
