ENDURANCE SET (1200 yards)
- Two Rounds
- 1 x 100 pull – look backwards toward armpit when breathing
- 1 x 100 swim – look backwards toward armpit when breathing
- 2 x 50 kick on 2:00
- 4 x 75 freestyle w/ flip turns :15s rest
DRILL SET (700 yards)
- 8 x 25 w/ head touching extended arm when breathing
- 4 x 50 arm control w/o head touch when breathing
- 1 x 100 kick on back, arms in streamline, arms touch ears
- 8 x 25 w/ one goggle, one cheek and one ear in water when breathing
- 1 x 100 w/ one goggle, one cheek and one ear in water when breathing
- 8 x streamline push offs w/ breakout stroke
COOL DOWN (100 yards)
- 1 x 50 breast stroke
- 1 x 50 double arm backstroke
