Focus: Time Trials

WARM UP (1700 yards)

  • 1 x 200
  • 4 x 150 – 50 kick + 50 pull + 50 swim
  • 10 x 50 swim golf on 1:00/1:20
  • 4 x (4 x 25 choice on :30)
    1. power push off to break out then EZ
    2. build to race finish
    3. all EZ
    4. all fast

MAIN SET (850 – 1000 yards)

  • 1 x 200 choice for time from blocks
  • 1 x 300 recovery
  • 1 x 100 choice for time from blocks
  • 1 x 200 recovery
  • 1 x 50 choice for time from blocks
  • Optional: 100 recovery + another 50 for time

COOL DOWN (200 yards)

  • 1 x 200 EZ

Total Yards: 2750 – 2900
