WARM UP (1500 yards)

  • 250 SKPS
  • 10 x 50 swim golf on 1:00 (count strokes + time = golf score) Try to drop your score each 50

MAIN SET (2500 yards)

  •  5 x 100 on 1:40 Develop a one word mantra for each 100
  • 2 x 500 on 7:30 Repeat mantra to help keep track of 100s
  • 1 x 1000 Run through mantra twice

COOL DOWN (200 yards)

  • 1 x 100 backstroke
  • 1 x 100 breaststroke

Total Yards: 4200
