MAIN SET (2500 yards)
- 5 x 100 on 1:40 Develop a one word mantra for each 100
- 2 x 500 on 7:30 Repeat mantra to help keep track of 100s
- 1 x 1000 Run through mantra twice
COOL DOWN (200 yards)
- 1 x 100 backstroke
- 1 x 100 breaststroke
