Warm Up and Drills (1200 yds)
- 1 x 400 choice
- Vertical Kicking: 6 x :45s kick + :15s rest
- 4 x 50 One Arm Swim + 50 Both arm swim w/ one paddle
Non-stroking arm is extended w/ paddle, Breathe toward stroking arm - 8 x 2-turn 50s on 1:00 Choice of Free or Back
Main Set (2200 yds)
- 5 x 200 on 3:20 as follows:
#1: 200 moderate
#2: 50 mod fast + 150 moderate
#3: 100 mod fast + 100 moderate
#4: 150 mod fast. + 50 moderate
#5: 200 mod fast (Just under threshold 2:48)
- 1 x 200 EZ pull
- EN-1 Set: 8 x 75 on 2:00
First 2 strokes off the walls are fly - SP-1: 2 x (4 x 50 on 1:20)
