Warm Up and Drills (1200 yds)

- 3 x 100 6-3-6 Drill w/ fins
- 6 x 50 w/ :15s rest
Odds: Breathe, Tap, Extend Drill
Evens: Swim - Turn Drill – 5 x Broken Turns from flags to flags
Stop after flip, Grab wall to position feel w/ toes pointing up or slightly to one side, Then power push-off the wall - 3 x (4 x 25 w/ :15s rest)
First 4 x 25 Pace = Blueberry, Strawberry, Raspberry
Second 4 x 25 Pace = Blue Bear, Straw Bear, Rasp Bear
Third 4 x 25 Pace = Blue Straw Rasp
Main Set (2000 yds)
- EN-2 Set: 8 x 100 on 1:40 Goal Pace = 1:24/1:28
- 1 x 100 EZ
- Recovery Set: Three Rounds of (3 x 100) Rest = Time it takes for HR to = 110
Each Round = First 100: IM kick. Second 100: IM, Third 100: Stroke - SP-1: 8 x 25 on :50 Sprint w/ Paddles
